Your participation is crucial to make our Art Club a success! We need at least four students to get started. If we don’t reach this number, it might affect our ability to continue. But don’t worry, if that happens, refunds will be promptly proceded for any payments made.

I regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate cancellations. Our class sizes are limited, and when you book a spot, it prevents others from participating.

However, we understand that unforeseen health issues can arise. In such cases, we may need to deduct online transaction fees from the refund for the lessons you’re unable to attend.

Please be aware that the online transaction system typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to process refunds, which is beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible during this process. Thank you for your understanding.

PROCESSING TIME for Artworks and Artistic Goods:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Kindly note, due to current situation It may take 2 to 4 weeks for the international shipping arrival at your shipping address.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.


– Due to the different computer monitor calibrations or other factors, colours may differ slightly from the pictures as shown.


I gladly accept returns and exchanges, however please contact me over the email with your questions before going forward for returns/exchanges.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
